Simply place an order and let the system take care of the rest. The order is automatically divided into tasks for those who will carry them out.
User fills out form with a new order.
It automatically goes to the manager for approval. The manager clicks yes, and the order is entered as approved in More Service.
The order consists of several smaller tasks, across departments.
The task is first sent to the HR department, which solves its part of the task. Then it goes on to finance, and then to the marketing department, which solves the final part. Then the task was solved!

When you create a new order, you get access to smart forms that ensure that all the information you need is included in the order.
